Reservation system worked well. I look forward to my ride on Sun. Jan 23. Although I can't book ride from the airport, your customer service did reply back to my inquiry email. I appreciate that. And your price is fantastic -- $9! If all goes well I will use Bay Shuttle exclusively for airport trips in the Bay Area.

- Great site - easy to use and navigate;
- Will definitely recommend to friends/colleagues;

Love the ability to make reservations online. Also great site, well designed, good functionality since you don't require credit card and have discount code where one can clearly see it.
